Description
Moulded from impact resistant Sika F180 Polyurethane materials.
The covers come out shiny black, but may need to be prepared and spray painted to match your engine.
The covers are not as perfect as new ex Japan items, as the mold was made from a used PE175. Please note this will not be as strong as the new original cover.
The gasket surface has been sanded with fine grit sandpaper on a glass table top surface for a flush mount onto the engine casing. The bolt holes are aluminium and inserted before the cast is made.
The cover says “Magnesium” as the original.
It is advisable to use locktite on the bolts holding the cover.
