Suzuki 1980-1981 PE250 RM400 RM250 RS250 engine sprocket cover kit 11360-40401

Description

Remanufactured using Sika P180 epoxy resin.

Stainless steel bushes moulded with the product, not added afterwards. Lower mounting hole has been strengthened compared with the original.

NB – use locktite or something similar to lock the bolts.

The blade is for 13 tooth front sprocket, it could be ground away to accommodate a bigger front sprocket. Part Number 2764140300.

Mounting bushes are included for the two 8mm bolts which are not included as it will just push up the shipment costs. Part Number 0918008078. 8mm and 6mm bolts are all 55mm in length.

PE400 1980 and 1981
I am not sure if this will work, as the bolt hole is not available like the PE250 – check your bike to see if the top mounting hole has a thread. Both my PE400 motors do not have the thread there.
