Description

Remanufactured using impact resistant polyurethane material Sika F180, moulded from the original Yamaha part.

We have strengthened the mounting plate and also the mounting of the plate to the cover. Screw holes have been built up and stainless steel 5mm thread inserts have been fitted.

Colour is black and the finish is as per the moulded product, not 100% gloss finish. For a perfect black finish you would have to sand it down using very fine sandpaper and polish it.

This is based on the same process we have been moulding stator covers for Suzuki PEs, also casing chain guards for Suzuki PEs and also KTM tank grommets – in other words rather well tried and tested.

Cover comes with mounting plate and screws.
