Husqvarna 2001-2012 WR250 CR250 Intake Manifold Carburetor Boot

Description

Made from a German polyurethane product that is a tough rubber, remaining flexible and adheres to a variety of materials such as metals, concrete, fiber glass and many others. High tensile strength and tear resistant. Used extensively in the shipping industry. Rubber is molded around the aluminum plate, using a special compound to allow the rubber to adhere to the aluminum.
The aluminum plate is designed with the same beveled edge on the motor side, but missing the raised area on the carburetor side. It is recommended to use a stainless-steel washer up against the rubber around the mounting holes, to stop the rubber from being damaged. Allen bolts are recommended for ease of fitment.

A gasket is included with each intake manifold boot.
